The coating formulation will be tailored for the printing industry. The primary purpose of the coating is to enhance print quality. The coating should be suitable for application via a paper coating machine using airknife and variblade coaters. The project timeline for developing the coating formulation is 1-3 months. The coating should be eco-friendly and minimize negative environmental impact. The formulated coating will need to undergo comprehensive lab testing to ensure it meets the required standards. The coating must meet ISO standards for the printing industry. The coating should be optimized for commercial printing applications. The coating should aim to meet FSC environmental certification standards. The coating formulation should prioritize enhancing print sharpness and clarity. the most important need is to use newsprint paper instead of woodfree uncoated paper as base paper, so i will need to precoat paper to enhance the newsprint paper characteristics to be used as thermal base paper and NCR base paper.
