This AI system should genuinely comprehend the Egyptian dialect and slang, and be able to handle customer inquiries across various sectors, beginning with food chains such as McDonald's and Papa John's.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Hotline Numbers: The AI should adeptly differentiate between multiple hotline numbers and guide users to the appropriate menu for different restaurants or services.
- Provide Relevant Information: It should accurately respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and give information specific to the selected business.
- Future Expansion: The system must be scalable, with the capability to extend to more industries such as clinics and cinemas.
