3D Game Modeling in Blender

I'm looking for a Blender designer familiar with 3D game modeling. I just want a recreation of an environment in a video game called Pixel Gun 3D. The name of the environment in the video game is called Sniper Forts.
I have attached the merch and textures for the environment, more specifically, 24 OBJ files, and 9 PNG files for the textures. This is pretty much everything needed for the recreation, I would like to also note that the environment is not too large. I will also attach screenshots, and a YouTube video link just to illustrate what the environment looks like.
