Company Overview:
We are an established fitness company called Sportstech with over 15 years of experience in designing and manufacturing innovative home fitness equipment. Our product line includes treadmills, exercise bikes, and other equipment, often featuring cutting-edge technology such as 21.5" interactive displays for a fully immersive workout experience.

Project Description:
This project focuses on creating a new display housing for our sTread Pro treadmill. Currently, the sTread Pro features a 21.5" display as shown here: https://www.sportstech.de/laufband/stread-profi-neu Details. However, for this project, we are planning to introduce a version of the treadmill with a 10.1" display. The challenge lies in designing a new housing that integrates the smaller display seamlessly with the treadmill while maintaining a balanced and premium aesthetic.

We’re seeking a skilled designer or engineer to create a sleek, functional, and visually appealing housing for the 10" display. The housing should complement the treadmill’s size and structure while preserving the modern, professional look of the sTread Pro. The size can be found on our landing page for the sTread Pro.

Reference Product:
For inspiration, you can take a look at the NordicTrack models with 10.1" displays. NordicTrack often incorporates features like built-in speakers and fans into their designs, which enhance the overall user experience. Similarly, you can reference the current sTread Pro with its 21.5" display, which features a speaker bar integrated below the display. These design elements could be explored as part of the housing concept to align with the existing design language or as alternative approaches.

For further reference, an image of the current 10.1" display on the sTread is included in the attachment. Here you can see that its clearly disproportional.

Requirements:

The housing should securely integrate the 10" display with the treadmill.
It must maintain a sleek and modern appearance that aligns with our brand identity.
The design should take into account usability, durability, and cost-effective manufacturing.
Concept sketches or 3D renderings are required for review and approval before finalizing the design.
Additional Details:
We value creativity and innovation in the design but also need practical, manufacturable solutions.

Low effort AI generated stuff will be ignored, same applies for screenshots from others.
At the end we also need a 3D construction file.
