Video Podcast Editor Needed

We're digital content creators across a range of platforms and are currently focusing on pushing our audio podcast. That is called All The Right Movies and you can find it on any major streaming platform, or our website alltherightmovies.com.
The podcast is currently audio and we're looking to get into video podcasts too so we can post them to YouTube and Spotify in video formats too. We edit the audio versions ourselves but don't have the time or resource to create the video versions. As such, we're looking for a partner to work with who can create edit those video podcasts for us. Some key points I think:
1. We would provide you with all assets, including video/audio files, design templates, music, sound effects, and a design brief.
2. The recordings start at about 3.5 hours in length and require editing down to the final episodes that tend to be 2 - 2.5 hours in length.
3. We would also be interested in having social media clips created that we could post across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, X etc.
4. Episodes are released once every two weeks so there would be one edit required every two weeks on average.
5. This will be an ongoing partnership.
