Social Media Management and Advertising Expert

We are looking for skilled social media management professionals to join Augere Agency on a freelance or contractual basis. The role focuses on managing, growing, and running advertising campaigns for social media accounts across multiple platforms. Below are the detailed responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, captions, and visuals) tailored to various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Design visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
Social Media Management:
Plan and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build and maintain community engagement.
Social Media Advertising:
Set up, manage, and optimize social media ad campaigns across platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Research target audiences and develop tailored ad strategies to increase conversions.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates, cost-per-click, return on ad spend).
A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and strategies for optimal results.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and report on the performance of organic and paid campaigns.
Provide weekly or monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Campaign Development:
Collaborate with team members or clients to brainstorm and implement creative campaign ideas.
Stay updated on trends and platform changes to ensure ad strategies are current and effective.
Ideal Candidate:
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Experience in social media management and advertising (portfolio or past results preferred).
Skilled in using advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools.
Comfortable working with affordable rates to align with our budget-conscious model.
Reliable, collaborative, and able to meet deadlines.
Reports should be provided daily..
