a) I need 105 PDFs and two Excel files converted into .docx files with Adobe Acrobat Export PDF program (or any other program of your choice). I tried to convert one so I know it works. However it doesn't copy over perfectly so some editing may be required to make it an exact replica. Any documents that have conversion issues need to be transcribed, but 99% of them should convert without a problem.
b) The purpose of the project is in order to then use the documents to create a kindle ebook. I have 90 other documents, already in .doc or .docx format, which added to the documents mentioned earlier, totals 197 documents. Once everything is converted, they will be compiled into a book, exactly as they are, with a title and table of contents, most likely using the 'Kindle Create' program. The 'Kindle Create' program only allows upload of .doc, .docx and .rtf files, to create a book, which is why I need to convert the 105 pdfs and two excel files into .docx also.
c) I need you to convert the 105 pdfs and two excel files already mentioned, and then I will supply the other 90 documents that are already .docx, for you to compile the whole into one book with the 'Kindle Create' program.
The project will then be complete, I will check over the final document and make final preparations to publish. You won't have to write anything original yourself, not even a table of contents, every aspect of this project is already written. Only convert, or transcribe if conversion fails, but 99% of them should convert without a problem.

- File Format: .docx
- Formatting: I'd like all formatting in the PDFs to be preserved in the .docx files, so it's important to keep bold, italics, tables, etc.
- Non-Text Elements: the pdfs are primarily letters and logs, so there are no non-text elements.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Export PDF program, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Reader, or a similar tool for this kind of conversion.
- Strong understanding of document formatting in .docx files.
- Attention to detail to ensure all formatting elements are accurately preserved.
- Understanding of Amazon Kindle and self-publishing, as that is what I will do with the finished document, having merged all the documents together into a book
