The assistant's job is to make sure the application get's approved in "underwriting" with the company. After it's approved in underwriting the assistant makes sure that the client payment has been successfully drafted, and the commission has been paid the proper amount. Once the application as been successfully managed and paid, the assistant will receive their payment the same day.
