Contest Brief

I am looking for a new logo design to brand my music. I create electronic music for experimental, new age and EDM genres. Imagine yourself traveling from the Messier M45 star cluster to Earth which is roughly 440 million light years away from Earth. My character wouldn't know what Earth's musical instruments look like. Please see the photo of the my character for reference.

The artist name is “The M45 Experiment”. I want the logo design to be dual purpose where I can use the entire name of “The M45 Experiment” or just “M45”

The M45 Experiment is based on the Pleiades, the M45 star cluster or Seven Sisters and is located in the constellation of Taurus. I would like to incorporate the use of the Seven Sisters stars if possible however I do not want it to look like the Subaru logo. If a specific font is being used I would like to be able to incorporate that into the website and other branding/marketing related items.

I want a logo that is futuristic, simple, minimalistic, modern, sleek. I am currently working on my website and will be using various blues and violets.

The logo should represent a traveler from another world. I have attached a few examples of logos that I like as well as a color scheme that I'll be using.

UPDATE: I am not looking for any microphones, musical notes, guitars or other musical instruments in the logo.
