I'm seeking a professional to optimize my LinkedIn profile and assist with creating posts that showcase my expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Profile Optimization: Enhance my LinkedIn profile to improve visibility and appeal to my target audience
- Content Creation: Develop engaging posts and articles that effectively showcase my knowledge and expertise in my field.
- Revise profile summary to better reflect professional experience and achievements and set me up for hitting the market a Consultant advising leaders/CEOs/founders on how to make the right people choices to make their business successful.

Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn profile optimization.
- Excellent content creation skills, specifically for LinkedIn posts.
- Strong understanding of personal branding and networking strategies on LinkedIn.

The target audience is professionals in the technology/engineering but mainly the start up or small business world with money to invest in a senior strategic advisor. The primary goal is to acquire new clients for my new People consultancy, Human Foundry. Content should be casual and friendly to create a more approachable authentic image. I'm super friendly, open and honest as well as professional and expert. I don't want to attract suited, corporates, but innovative start up founders and CEOs. The project should be completed within 1-2 weeks. Exclude analytics and performance tracking for the LinkedIn content. Ensure to highlight certain elements from my current LinkedIn profile. Prioritize highlighting my senior work experience. Ensure to highlight that you are an expert and can advise start ups or scale ups partnering with the leadership team. Emphasise my commercial knowledge that I bring to the People area and mention my wider business management as a business leader in my last role. Mention that I have experience in operational and investment boards. Mention mentoring HR professionals and particularly females in the work place although don't make this a big thing that ostracises male clients.
