With over 11 years of cumulative experience, my mission as a Senior Designer was to drive innovation in manufacturing through reverse engineering and training initiatives. My expertise in commitment to optimizing production processes align with the cutting-edge culture. I pride myself on my ability to bring diverse perspectives to the table, enhancing efficiency and precision across teams and projects. During my tenure, I spearheaded the design and development of various-sized pots and many manufacturing things molds for injection molding, which significantly improved our manufacturing capabilities. My use of Fanuc-Oi and Siemens control systems for precise machining, coupled with my proficiency in CATIA and CAD/CAM, supported our organization in achieving seamless production processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, we implemented innovative design solutions that marked a step change in manufacturing efficiency for our clients.
