I'm having some technical issues with my webmail and WordPress admin panel that need urgent attention. You will need to work on my desktop through anydesk (laravel site), access to cpanel will not be provided. but access to cpanel (wordpress site for admin pass) will be provided.
Webmail Problems:
- I'm unable to send or receive emails through my custom domain email (webmail). This is impacting my business communications. Cpanel access not be provided, so you need to be comfortable and with smile need to work remotely with anydesk.
Word press Admin Issues:
- I am encountering errors in the admin panel password, it won't change of my WordPress site. This is preventing me from managing my site effectively.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in troubleshooting webmail issues, particularly with custom domain emails.
- Experienced with WordPress, specifically in diagnosing and resolving admin panel errors.
- Strong communication skills to provide updates and explain solutions in layman's terms.
- Strong understanding and troubleshooting of PHP-based websites.
Resolution should ideally be completed within 24 hours. The project need to be completed within 12 hours and will be awarded with $50.
