I am looking for a skilled professional or team to redesign and modernize my outdated website. The new website must be fully responsive, ensuring seamless functionality on both desktop and mobile devices, and compatible with major browsers, including Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Edge. Please note: this is not an eCommerce website.
The design should take inspiration from the early 1960s deco era, featuring sleek, minimal, and mid-century modern aesthetics. Additionally, the website will be hosted on A2 Hosting, so the deliverables must be fully compatible with their hosting environment.

Design and Development
Redesign the website with a clean, user-friendly layout that incorporates the early 60s deco style.
Ensure the website is fully responsive for desktop and mobile devices.
Maintain cross-browser compatibility for major browsers (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Edge, etc.).
Collaborate with me to implement the provided content (e.g., wording and structure).
Ensure the deliverables are fully compatible with A2 Hosting for deployment.
Ownership of Assets
All images and assets must come with full rights transferred to me upon project completion.
Do not include AI-generated images or other assets that cannot be legally transferred with exclusive rights.
Provide all source code and any source materials (e.g., images, graphics, design files) used in the project. These materials will remain my property upon completion.
Delivery and Review Process
This will be a collaborative project requiring multiple review and feedback rounds before final approval.
The expected delivery timeline is 1–3 weeks, depending on the schedule agreed upon with the provider.
Expectations from Bidders
Clearly specify the work you can complete and highlight any tasks that may require an external provider.
Provide examples of modern, responsive websites you’ve completed, particularly those with unique or era-inspired designs.
Be professional, communicative, and open to collaboration throughout the process.
Payment Terms
All payments will be made exclusively through Freelancer.
I am open to dividing payments into milestones, with 50% of the payment released upon final project completion and approval.

Communication will only take place through Freelancer. Requests to communicate outside this platform will not be considered.

Upon Project Completion, I Will Require:
All source code used in the development of the website.
All source materials, such as images, graphics, and design files, used in the project.
These materials must be fully transferred to me and remain my property after the project is complete.
Additional Information
This is not an eCommerce website. The focus is on creating an informative, visually engaging, and responsive website.
The design must reflect a nod to the early 1960s deco era, with sleek, minimal, and mid-century modern aesthetics.
The final deliverables must be fully compatible with A2 Hosting, and deployment should be optimized for their hosting environment.
