1. Employee Management System
This module will handle employee-related information.
Features:

A form to add a new employee.
Fields: Employee Name, Employee Number (or ID), Contact Information.
Employee List:
Displays a list of all employees.
Includes options to Edit and Delete employee information.
Employee Attendance:
Admin can record employee attendance.
Record the employee’s absence and the reason for the absence.
Show Attendance:
A report displaying the list of absent employees with columns:
Employee Name
Date of Absence
Reason for Absence
2. Vehicle Management System
This module manages vehicle information and diesel/petrol details.
Features:
Add Vehicle:
A form to add new vehicle details.
Fields: Vehicle Name, Vehicle Number.
Vehicle Details:
Displays a table with vehicle information:
Vehicle Number
Date of Last Servicing
Number of Liters of Diesel/Petrol Filled
Manage Vehicle:
Displays the list of vehicles with options to Edit and Delete details.
3. Diesel/Petrol Management System
first display names of petrol pumps after clicking on specific petrol pump will show diesel/petrol purchase details for that individual petrol pump
This module handles the diesel/petrol inventory and usage details.
Features:
Add Diesel/Petrol Details:
Record the purchase of diesel/petrol, including:
Name of the petrol pump
Type (Diesel/Petrol)
Quantity Purchased
Vehicle Filled (if applicable)
Date of Purchase
Manage Diesel/Petrol:
Track the remaining quantity of diesel/petrol.
Display the history of diesel/petrol usage with options to Edit details.
4. Import Management (Inward Management)
This module manages materials imported into the company.
Features:
Add Import Details:
A form to add new imported materials.
Fields:Date,bill no,supplier name,material particulars,quantity,unit,vehicle no,driver name,remark.
Manage Import:
Displays the list of imported materials with options to Edit and Delete records.
Import Details:
A table showing:
Date,bill no,supplier name,material particulars,quantity,unit,vehicle no,driver name,remark.
5. Export Management (Outward Management)
This module handles materials exported from the company.
Features:
Add Export Details:
A form to add new exported materials.
Fields: date,bill no, name or address of party, material particulars,quantity,vehicle no,driver name,remark.
Manage Export:
Displays the list of exported materials with options to Edit and Delete records.
Export Details:
A table showing:
date,bill no, name or address of party, material particulars,quantity,vehicle no,driver name,remark.
6. site management system :
this module handles the site pictures
user can upload the picture of specific site with site name , location and pictures with edit and delete opetion
**Additional Notes:
Navigation Bar: Each module (Employee Management, Vehicle Management, Diesel/Petrol Management, Import, Export) will be accessible from the navigation bar after admin login.
The system should be web-based. The system should have a modern and minimalistic user interface. The project should be developed with Django, the high-level Python web framework.
