Airbnb Management & Admin Support

I need an organized, proactive individual to manage my Airbnb listing and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to a house under construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all guest messages and bookings on the Airbnb platform.
- Assist with paperwork and approvals for a new house.
- As the house construction progresses, communicate with contractors and help source materials.
- After the house is built, set up social media accounts and a website, and manage bookings for the new property.
Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Proactive approach to tasks.
- Comfortable with a mix of administrative and creative work.
- Previous experience with Airbnb management preferred.
- Basic knowledge of social media and website setup.
- Good communication skills for liaising with contractors.
This is a flexible role, initially requiring more focus on Airbnb management, but evolving into a more diverse role as the year progresses.
