We’re a mobile gaming company, seeking a freelance UXR professional based in the USA to join us.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in user research (classroom or industry); gaming experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of UXR methodologies and ability to deliver actionable insights independently.
- Strong observation, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects effectively, meet tight timelines, and align with stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in English
- Prior experience in Gaming Industry is an added advantage
What You’ll Do:
- Research: Conduct primary/secondary research, focusing on Real-Money Gaming. Stay updated on UXR tools and trends.
- Execution: Manage projects, coordinate with analytics and external agencies, and support senior researchers with tasks like surveys and note-taking.
- Insights: Extract actionable insights and present findings to internal teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, analyst, and design teams to define goals and ensure proactive communication.
