We need ServiceNow experienced developer to work for 8 hours a day remotely. We will pay 1.2 lakhs per month JOB SUMMARY: A Lead Technical Consultant at Client is responsible for assisting with the design, development, and maintenance of software or systems and gives technical advice to small through Enterprise-size clients using Client’s professional services and solutions. They are a leader on the development team on complex projects, ensuring adhering to schedule and scope. They have between 5 and 10 years of experience and take on more challenging responsibilities. They have a solid understanding of programming concepts and can work independently on medium to large-sized projects or work streams. This role involves assisting in the design and implementation of technical solutions and heavily participating in the analysis/design phase of the system development life cycle to develop user requirements and determine best business/technical solutions to meet those needs. They ensure successful implementation of results by participating in or leading users in system testing, development/presentation of training, and planning/execution of data conversions. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Works on problems of moderate to large scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine and lead appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships. • Leads the analysis of medium to large-size client requirements and design of comprehensive technical solutions. • Leads the Design and implementation of solutions. Gathers and analyzes requirements with business owners and organizes discussions and infrastructure requirement analysis to meet the defined business criteria. • Leads the Design and development of the Zilliant CPQ application and assists with necessary integrations. Leads the discovery meetings to learn what data will be flowing between systems and the best way to organize and store that data in the project applications. • Participates in meetings with Project Managers to determine client needs, develops customized solutions within the technology platform, creates estimates, timelines and development goals, and designs, codes, and implements the Zilliant CPQ application. • Writes clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Groovy and creates reports using Jaspersoft. • Zilliant is preferred but client offers a 2 week training course if consultant doesn’t have Zilliant experience as long as they are very strong in CPQ. MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE: • 5+ years of Technical Consultant experience or in related field. • Experience implementing Zilliant CPQ software and integrations or administering Zilliant CPQ systems. • Experience developing technical solutions leveraging version control and adherence to life cycle management best practices for code promotion. • Previous work experience with programming, coding and/or software development. Splunk, Qualys, Tenable etc.) · Tools and Software: Familiarity with HAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow Asset Management, BMC Track-It!, SolarWinds Asset Management). · Data Analysis: Reporting and Analytics for asset utilization, depreciation, and cost optimization. · Compliance and Security: Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) related to asset management and security protocols. · My proficiency extends to ITIL Service Management Framework and SaaS environments, where I have implemented processes. I also have hands-on experience in integrating multi-provider SSO with SAML 2.0 and managing ITSM processes throughout their lifecycle. I've contributed to end-to-end analysis, development, testing, and roll-out of ServiceNow applications across multiple versions from Calgary to Fuji, with expertise in ServiceNow's Direct Web Service API, SOAP, WSDL, and RESTful APIs using basic HTTP Authentication.
