User Control Panel Pages on Existing Site ASP.NET 2.0, MSSQL, AJAX/ATLAS

Existing project URL is in the enclosed document. The site is about car, products, articles, photos, user profiles .. imagine [url removed, login to view] for car fans. Open the attached documents and browse the site. Currently, the user presentation pages are almost done. Due to time is running out, I need to put more people to make it on my deadline. As you already know, it is not the best thing to work off somebody else's work. However, in this case, control panel is a fresh portion, which means you can start new on how you code the pages and routine. However, some things might be shared, such as web config, DB tables including stored procedures, etc. Feel free to use your own DLL, CSS or Javascript set. In user presentation pages (done), user can bookmark contents, like cars, users as friends, store profiles, listings or products. Now in contol panel, users will be able to remove, add cars, edit car profiles, change status of listings, etc. PSDs of page layouts are provided. If you can open the PSD, it means you should have all the required images and no need to spend more time creating images.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
