Need clone of www.People-Data.com(repost)

I'm in need of someone that can take a look at [[login to view URL]][1] and tell me if they can clone it. You'll probably need to figure out where they're getting their data from, but after that, it's just a matter of pulling from a database. I'm really not sure if they have a proprietary database or if they're pulling from public data source somewhere. If you know of a free database with this information, then perhaps it can be cloned. If you think you have an idea of where they may be leasing Database Access from to get the records, then I'll need to know how much it's costing. Here's exactly what this site can do: If you put in the first and last name of someone, it will give you entire listings of the matches to those names. After you make a selection based on the matches it pulled up, then it will give you detailed information such as Phone Number, current addresses, previous addresses and even the names and addresses of neighbors next to the address. Anyway, you get the idea. The actual ability to accept payments need not be done at this time. The most important part of this project is the ability to deliver the background data on any person searched for. The person who accepts this project will need to have a proven ability to deliver. I have no problem hiring someone who hasn't been rated yet, but they must at least convince me that they can do the job and in the time frame requested.
