Simplified Workflow for Integrating Existing Tools I already have the following pieces set up to support my businesses (Private Money Lending, Capital Raising, and Investor Relations). I need help integrating these systems to work seamlessly, primarily using Zapier to connect the tools. 1. Landing Page (Strikingly) Current Status: Landing page is live but it is not connected to GHL Need: Integrate form submissions directly into the CRM (Go High Level). 2. CRM (Go High Level) Current Status: CRM is set up but there are no pipelines for Borrowers, Capital Partners, and Investors. Automations for email and text campaigns need to be set up. Need: Ensure form data (from Strikingly and social media) flows automatically into the CRM and is assigned to the correct pipeline. 3. Design and Branding (Canva) Current Status: Canva is already being used to create branded marketing materials, newsletters, and reports. Need: Organize Canva files into Google Drive folders automatically for easy access and sharing. 4. Scheduling (Calendly) Current Status: Calendly is fully operational with meeting options for Borrower Consultations, Capital Partner Discussions, and Investor Onboarding. Need: Sync scheduled meetings into Go High Level to trigger follow-up reminders and track in the pipeline. 5. Organic Lead Generation (Facebook & LinkedIn) Current Status: Active on social platforms, generating leads via posts and messages. Need: Automate adding new leads from social media into the CRM for proper follow-up. 6. Storage (Google Drive) Current Status: Google Drive is being used for document storage with folders for Borrowers, Capital Partners, and Investors. Need: Automate file storage workflows, such as saving client documents directly from the CRM or email. 7. Integration (Zapier) Current Status: Not yet set up. Need: Build and test Zaps to connect: Strikingly → Go High Level: Send form submissions to the CRM. Calendly → Go High Level: Sync scheduled meetings and trigger automations. Facebook/LinkedIn → Go High Level: Automatically capture and assign new leads. Canva → Google Drive: Save completed designs to the correct folders. Summary of Needs: Integrate all existing tools with Zapier to automate workflows. Ensure leads and data flow seamlessly between tools (landing page, social media, CRM, and scheduling).
