I'm looking for a skilled data scraper who can help me track the dynamic landscape of the restaurant industry. The project involves gathering data on both new and existing restaurants (newly opened) from a variety of platforms.
The specific data points I need include:
- The name and address of the restaurants
- Their opening dates and operating hours
- Their contact information
This data needs to be compiled and delivered to me by notification and also on a monthly basis.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
