We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Database Administrator to create and optimize our custom Airtable-based CRM with integrated mail management, payment processing, and file handling capabilities.
This system will be designed to streamline customer communications, mail handling, and payment management. The ideal candidate will have experience with Airtable, Stripe, and mobile-first design, with a focus on usability and efficient integration.
The candidate must also be able to work within an expedited timeline, with 10 days for system testing and 15 days for delivery of a fully workable version of the system.
Client Information Management
- The database should store essential client details including contact information, purchase history and communication records.
Mail Orders Management
- The database should also track different types of mail orders ranging from physical products to digital ones and subscription services.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience with Airtable is crucial.
- Data management expertise is required.

Design, manage, and maintain the Airtable CRM database, ensuring it is optimized for mail management, customer data tracking, and payment records.
Set up custom views, filters, and automated workflows within Airtable for ease of data management and CRM performance.
Create intuitive and user-friendly Airtable interfaces for both internal teams and customers, ensuring easy access to information.
Integrate Airtable with Stripe for payment management and with mail processing systems for seamless data flow.
Mail Management Integration:
Oversee the integration of mail management workflows, including scanning, sorting, and forwarding of physical mail within Airtable.
Implement drag-and-drop functionality for easy file management, including images and PDFs. Ensure users can upload, organize, and view documents efficiently within Airtable.
Develop views and fields to organize mail data and files, and ensure that both internal teams and customers can access mail items with ease.
Stripe Payment Integration:
Integrate Stripe payment system into Airtable, enabling seamless processing of payments and tracking of transaction histories.
Design and implement automated workflows to track customer payments, including invoices, subscriptions, and payment reminders.
Ensure secure payment data handling in compliance with industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).
Mobile-First Design:
