I am seeking an experienced tailor with a strong background in custom stitching for both women’s and kids’ clothing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating kurtis, suits, lehengas, frocks, and formal outfits. Key Responsibilities: - Custom stitching of women's wear, specifically kurtis, suits, and lehengas. - Designing and stitching of kids' frocks and formal outfits. - Proficient alterations and fittings. Skills Required: - Expertise in custom stitching for women’s and kids’ wear. - Proficient in machine and hand embroidery. - Strong fabric handling skills with a variety of materials including cotton, silk, and velvet. - Strong attention to detail and precision in stitching. - Excellent time management skills to deliver projects on schedule. Your ability to create designs tailored to clients' preferences, and your expertise in blending modern and traditional styles will be key to meeting this project's unique requirements. Emphasis will be placed on creating modern styles. The expected turnaround time for each garment is 1-2 weeks. Regular updates and communications will be required throughout the project to ensure timely progress and adherence to specifications. Initial design consultations with the tailor will be required. The expected number of garments to be stitched per week is 3-5. Fabric preferences for garments will include cotton. The clothing should reflect a contemporary modern style. Initial design consultations with the tailor will be required in-person. The tailor's role will mainly involve stitching based on pre-made designs. Please include beads in the embellishments. All fabrics will be provided by me. The tailor should possess basic embroidery skills for minor embellishments.
