I'm looking for a proactive and organized administrative assistant proficient in Microsoft Outlook. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Calendar Management: Scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and reminders in Microsoft Outlook. - Team Communication: Assisting with liaising and communicating with my team. - General Administration: Helping with various administrative tasks and paying bills. - Email Assistance: Managing, responding to, and helping organize internal team communication emails. - Document Management: Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and proper archiving. Ideal candidates should have experience with Microsoft Outlook, strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and a knack for handling administrative tasks.
