Project Overview:
We are experiencing security issues and excessive spam emails with our current email provider. Additionally, our outgoing emails are landing in customers’ spam folders. We need an expert to migrate our emails to a more secure and cost-effective email server while implementing measures to ensure email deliverability.
Key Requirements:
Email Server Migration:
Recommend a secure and affordable email hosting provider.
Migrate all emails, contacts, and settings from the existing server to the new one.
Ensure a smooth transition with minimal downtime.
Security & Anti-Spam Implementation:
Set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records correctly.
Implement robust anti-spam filters to prevent incoming junk emails.
Secure email authentication protocols.
Deliverability Improvements:
Fix issues causing our emails to land in customers' spam folders.
Ensure proper domain reputation and IP warm-up if necessary.
Recommend best practices for maintaining high deliverability.
Ongoing Support:
Provide documentation and guidance for managing the new email system.
Offer optional ongoing support for troubleshooting if needed.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in email server migration.
Expertise in DNS settings, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, ProtonMail, or similar email hosting solutions.
Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices.
