fix my gcs and drone board issues

I have installed and setup gcs and drone boards on a local pc and wanted to do this setup on a remote pc. I have a linux Ubuntu 20.04 as a gcs server and run two gcs running on a java app and another gcs on a Nodejs. I want this setup to work on a remote system. The deliverable should be a working gcs with my gcs, both local and remote. My budget: usd 50 One example of issue is that when I ran 'python3.8 [login to view URL]', it says no module named 'serial'. I find it odd because it has no issues like this when I ran from a local network.
