Position Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead Propspot’s social media strategy, drive audience engagement, and manage dynamic content, including carousel posts. This proactive, creative professional should have experience with content strategy, analytics, and building online communities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
Develop, schedule, and publish content across Propspot’s platforms, optimizing for each channel’s unique audience.
Design educational carousel posts (5–10 slides) for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, using a structured hook-problem-solution approach.
Create graphics and videos using Canva and Adobe tools, maintaining Propspot’s brand consistency.
2. Content Calendar & Brand Consistency
Manage a content calendar to ensure seamless posting and alignment with Propspot’s visual and brand guidelines.
Use brand colors, fonts, and styles for a polished, trustworthy look.
3. Social Media & Influencer Engagement
Engage with followers by responding to messages, comments, and direct interactions.
Build relationships with influencers to extend Propspot’s reach and credibility in property investment.
