Hi,
I’m looking for someone to set up Zoho CRM for my small business. My main goals are to manage and track email leads, automate follow-ups with customers, and streamline my sales process. I’d like the following included in the setup:
1. Email Integration: Connect my email (Gmail) to Zoho CRM so all communications with leads and customers are logged automatically.
2. Lead Capture: Set up lead capture from my website contact forms, and ensure inquiries are converted into leads within Zoho CRM.
3. Follow-Up Automation: Create workflows to schedule follow-up tasks and reminders for leads and customers.
4. Sales Pipeline: Set up a sales pipeline that reflects my business processes, from initial inquiry to closing deals.
5. Custom Fields: Add fields to track relevant information (e.g., part numbers, quotes, etc.) in the CRM.
6. Reports and Analytics: Enable reports to track leads, sales progress, and follow-up performance.
7. Integration with Zoho Books: Link Zoho CRM with Zoho Books to manage quotes and invoices efficiently.
8. Mobile Access: Ensure the system works seamlessly on the Zoho CRM mobile app for on-the-go management.
