I'm seeking a professional market researcher with a solid background to analyze and interpret market trends in south Asia and Europe. The focus should be on potential opportunities and projected costs/rewards for an EU-based company looking to make B2B sales before fully expanding to a new market.

We focus on B2B sales of building materials for both new and old buildings. The company produces innovative insulation solutions for easy, cost-effective, modern, eco-friendly and highly efficient insulation for any type of buildings and setting. Our solutions are so versatile, we do not care about the type of building or climate, retrofits or new constructions. We focus on profiting on the scale of sales (providing competitive pricing) and we have hard proofs that trusting our solutions results with heat, energy, money and labor savings.

After signing an NDA, we can provide pricing if you need it, but for a starter you can assume our prices are highly competitive and with undeniably higher benefits. As a rule of a thumb one can imagine selling a product that costs as much as standard quality product in EU, but has premium and almost unique qualities.

Key Objectives:

General:

- Identify prospects for residential, commercial, industrial buildings, warehouses, especially ones with thermal requirements & heavy A/C usage, and industrial piping, assuming we're capable of satisfy virtually any order size (hundreds of buildings).

- Pointing out any potential benefits for clients in terms of public programs (e.g. introduction of eco-friendly retrofitting of buildings or simply lowering the power infrastructure strain by significant decrease of need for A/C in buildings)

- Our main focus of report is B2B, bulk orders. We also consider finding partners in the local markets and dropshipping, but we'd need leads to prove market profitability first.

- We need to see breakdown of pricing of standard building materials for selected countries including drywall, insulation (e.g. wool, prefabricated walls), paints, plasters, rates for workers etc.

- Suggest most efficient marketing or lead generation choices we could take.

Asia:

- Evaluate the cost and potential challenges of entering the Asian market, including analyzing shipping costs of specialized materials (special coatings, chemicals, paints and liquids need specialized shipping).

- Ascertain potential leads and market size for this specific sector

- Reveal top countries, regions and industries we should focus on. Be able to disprove any candidate if taking on Asian market is a mistake and should not be considered at all.

Europe:

- Reveal top countries, regions and industries we should focus on i.e. the safest bet markets that could have the highest lead count with in-depth breakdown.

Ideal candidate will:

- Have experience in B2B sales and construction/civil engineering materials sectors in the Asian market, to outline crucial challenges, TODO's and things we might miss

- Be knowledgeable in both EU and Asian markets along with EU Trade relations, government programs, shipping, trends etc.

- Have a proven track record in market research and analysis.

This project does not have a big timeframe, but it would be preferable to finish ASAP, hopefully in less than 2 months, if possible. Accurate, and detailed results, data sources and observations are expected along with top markets breakdowns.
