Need an electronics engineer with expertise in Wifi HDMI and DSP

I am looking for an experienced electronics engineer to join my project team. I am working on developing a new product and need the assistance of an engineer who is adept with WiFi, HDMI and DSP. This project has a desired timeline of 1-3 months and within that period I would like the engineer to be able to assist in the development of the product and provide continued support after its completion. Ideally, the person I'm looking for will have extensive experience in these areas and can come up with creative solutions to any unexpected challenges. The first phase is about 30 to 90 days to do the design and create prototypes. Perhaps arduino or other type of mini comuter platform will work for the proto types.
