Extract pages from PDF file and deliver as three new PDF files - READ THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY

I have a PDF file of 104 pages in A4 portrait format. I need pages 21 - 23 inclusive to be extracted to one new PDF file. I need pages 24 - 39 inclusive to be extracted to a second new PDF file. I need the certificate on page 39 to be extracted to a third PDF file and rotated so it is the correct way round on an A4 portrait finished document. ++++ READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY: I will only consider applications from freelancers meeting the following criteria: 1. You will be based in the EU. Applications from outside the EU will be rejected. 2. You will have all Freelancer verifications in place - ID (KYC), payment, email and phone. 3. You will have Preferred Freelancer status. 4. You will not add any comment to the Project Clarification Board. 5. You will write your proposal either in European French or UK English.
