We have a 22m2 1+0 flat with a small bathroom and closed balcony. We would like to add a small kitchenette but the current design does not allow effective use of space. We need a unique and cost effective design that makes the place more modern and attractive to guests. Attached photo shows the current design of the flat. Note that there is already water and drain pipes on the green colored wall behind the bed, so it could be a good place for a small kitchenette. But as we will replace the flooring, we can extend these pipes to any part of the room if we decide to have kitchen somewhere else.
