I make translations in...Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to express my interest in the position of a (freelance) translator. I translate from English to Russian and Uzbek. My mother tongue is Uzbek, however, I am a bilingual person, so my second language is Russian. My experience in translation is about 6 years by now. I make translations in the subjects like general, marketing, localization, legal, technical, social sciences, economy, etc. Being a full-time translator, I also offer freelance translation services. I have been working with different international translation agencies and freelance platforms, among which Gengo, Deluxe Media (subtitling), Translate Plus, Subtitle edit (subtitling), TRD, Upwork, etc. I am a graduate of the Financial Institute of Tashkent, Uzbekistan. My rates for translation and proof-reading are as follows: English-Russian - $0.05 per source word. English-Uzbek - $0.05 per source word and $30 per hour of proofreading. I use a couple of CAT tools, such as SDL Trados 2019, MemoQ 2015, WordFast Pro 3, MateCat, etc. I am mostly available in the evenings (Tashkent time GMT+5) and weekends, however, I can find free time during business hours as well.
