I am looking for a talented logo designer with a creative mindset to elevate a pre-existing template (attached).

ZI:
The "ZI" letters in the center are essential and should remain prominent. Stick to the logo style. Keep the same proportions and area of the ZI and eye within the circle. Ensure it is bold and takes up space.

The Eye:
