I'm looking for a sleek and visually appealing 1-2 page design to organize some information. The goal is to make it easy for our reps and internal sales team to follow through seamlessly.

Here’s what I need:

The information should be organized into sections for clarity.
Include animated logos or icons (if possible) to enhance readability and make the breakdown engaging.
Use a modern style, similar to the fonts and design you used on the previous form. I really liked the rounded edges, clean layout, and professional touch you added there!

Please ensure the design is user-friendly and visually appealing.
It should maintain consistency with our branding and logo.
