Custom form for buyer or sellers (selection will present a different form to be filled in
Buyer form - will have the following fields required to be entered - Name - Contact Number - Email Address - Type of item interested in - Details of item large text box (ex to show graded out - make, model, year, birth, size, tear weight, style, additional accessories required)
Seller form - will have the following forms to be filled in - Name - Contact Number - Email Address - Item Description - Estimated value as a check box’s (under $25,000, Between $25,000 - $35,000, Between $35,000 - $45,000 Between $45,000 - $60,000, Between $60,000 - $100,000 Over $100,000 - Upload item images unto 10 images maximum Forms to be sent to (a specific email address) with subject online Buyer or Seller *Name and the context with the supplied data but in a nice clean format
Current Listings - Standard format for specific items for example Caravan will have specific data fields that an admin user will complete to create the listing these will then create the listing in the exact same format each time Item specific listing data fields will be provided at a later date the listing initially will be (Cars, Bikes, Trailers, Motorhomes, Caravans, Camper Trailers, Boats, Jetskies) - A video walkthrough will be uploaded for each listing - A gallery of images will be uploaded for each listing - Button to add to watch list - Button to make an enquiry on this specific item via email - Open live chat when available (office hours)
Upcoming Listing - Listing that are coming soon similar to current listing but no prices just the ability to submit an expression of interest

Fee’s & Charges - Contact will be provided for this page
Auctions Page (hidden until we activate) - Auction Listings to have all the features of current listings but no fixed price - Non visible reserve price if item does not reach the required reserve and the auction ends the highest bidder will be notified immediately that the reserve has not been met and is being referred to the owner for instructions and we will contact them by phone. - Pop corn bidding if a bid is placed unto 2 mins before an auction ends the auction is extended for back upto 2 mins this is a continual loop until no more bids are placed within that 2min timer. - If Auction Completes with reserve met then $1000 Deposit is automatically deducted from the purchasers Credit Card (as per terms and conditions of Auction)
Accounts page - Personal Information Stored Securely - Credit Card Details Stored if Auction active - Show watched Items - Send Weekly Summery Reminders of watched listing still available - Send Updates of watched items that have been sold
