Salesforce Data Accuracy & UI Optimization

I'm seeking an expert to complete a Salesforce Performance Task. Scenario: : Our Data team has requested that we develop a system to capture information about student performance on standardized tests. The main purpose of this system to capture data in order to make it available for reporting and analysis. Test score data will be introduced via an API from a third-party system using a unique student identifier. The system should be able to display this data via reports accessed by each of the following user types: • A teacher can review data for their class o Average test score by subject, by date, by grade o Comparison of average test scores for students between tests (e.g. how the class performed in Fall vs Spring for a particular subject) o Comparison of an individual student scores between tests (e.g. how a specific student’s scores changes between Fall and Spring) • A school leader can review data for their school o A roll up of above metrics by date and subject at teacher, grade or entire school level  • KEY2MOON Foundation staff can review data for the entire network of schools o A roll up of above metrics by date and subject at school level  Performance Task #1 Propose a design for this system. Please include the following: • Data design: Propose a design for how the data will be stored, please be as specific as possible in identifying the object, attributes, and relationships. • Application architecture: describe the layers and components of each layer (e.g. identify the most important classes), identify the technologies to be used • Integration: explain what integration with a third-party vendor to retrieve test score data might look like. Describe API call and any potential security considerations. • Source code control: the code base needs to be shared amongst team members for bug fixes and future enhancements. Performance Task #2 The project manager assigned to this effort has asked you to provide a list of high-level tasks, dependencies, and time estimates for this work so that she can track progress and create transparency with the entire project team.   • Draft an email to the project manager with the information requested. • Include any assumptions you needed to make and potential risks/concerns. Performance Task #3 Maria is a Director on the Data Team and is the key stakeholder for this project and the subject matter expert. Please draft an email to Maria requesting additional information that you would need in order to develop a stronger detailed design for this effort.
