Laravel PHP Developer for NFC Card & QR Code Payment System

We are seeking an experienced Laravel PHP Developer to build a web-based NFC Card & QR Code Payment System with the following features:
Key Responsibilities:
Superadmin Role
Manage all Admins/multiple Businesses and Users.
Oversee NFC cards, transactions, cashout requests, cash deposit requests, and virtual credit management (loading credits for users).
Admin Role (for Businesses)
Recharge NFC cards and handle card top-ups.
Manage virtual credit received from the Superadmin.
Download own business QR code
Create and manage "Cashier" roles within their business.
Handle deposit and cashout requests to/from Superadmin.
Monitor all transactions by their ID or cashier ID.
User Role
Make payments using NFC cards or QR code scanning.
Check balance and transaction history in their account.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Laravel PHP Framework.
Experience with NFC card systems and QR code payment integration.
Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC).
Database management and secure transaction handling.
