Looking for someone to build a mobile phone app. In short a user would go In select a photo from their preloaded library and able to search for no. of vehicles suited to their criteria and put a job offer in. The offer would come up in all users that showed up in the criteria and if there are more vehicles than no. of job offers then first ones that accept it would get it. Each vehicle would be limited to two pics at anyone time. App would need 3 user options. 1- driver "single vehicle", 2 - company "multiple vehicles". 3 - company "hiring services".
