Our client is a leading B2B specialised cleaning business [login to view URL] looking to franchise its business through an online B2B marketplace that aggregates cleaning service providers to purchase a territory to deliver cleaning services to businesses in their geographic location. We seek a whitelabel B2B marketplace solution to automate the business model like fiverr, airtasker, hipages. The platform will allow customers (business clients) to register and book cleaning services, interact with strictly prevalidated (with various police checks and business licence verification) service providers, manage bookings, and make payments online (through integration with www.escrow.com). There will be three primary user roles: Customer (Business Clients), Service Providers (Cleaning Companies/Professionals), and Franchisee territory Admin and franchisor super admin. The client wants to sell licenses of this platform as a branded product to the various territories of Australia through franchisee's. Platform needs to have AI assistant and chatbot functionality.
