We want to extend/build a new house. We need to have someone design our facade of the new house together with the garden furniture (swimming pool, sundeck for the swimmingpool area, a patio and an outdoor cinema area and a green grass space along with the kids playground) - you will find attached a pdf file in which we tried to sketch the way we see it.

At this point, we are happy with the blueprints of the new house. The new house will be put next to an old house, and, in order to have them both look nice, we need you to imagine how to connect the two houses that we are talking about - the old and the new one.
You will also find in the attachements, pictures taken by drone of the actual plots.
Also, please the the othe pdf file in which we put a sketch of the maximum size of the new house (withdrawals and position next to the old house). In the left part of the house (as we look from the street) we will need and different height - we want to dig and have a different height plan so that the basement will have natural light.
The new house will have a basement, a ground floor and a first floor. Please see the DWG files attached.

We also added a refference archive in which you will find pictures of both interior and exteriors that we liked.

What we expect:
- 3d renders with the facade and the garden (10-12 angles) (both by day and by night)

Please feel free to use any material that you consider will bring awesomeness to the house design! Don't forget to work also on the existing house in order to make them look like they are in the same story!
