Project Overview
We are launching a truck and car service center in Dessau-Roßlau (Germany), with a focus on tire services (mounting, balancing, sales) and oil changes for both heavy-duty trucks and regular cars. In the future, we aim to expand into more advanced diagnostic and repair services, particularly for trucks (including full test lines, brake tests, suspension diagnostics, etc.).
We need a modern, fully responsive website that reflects our professionalism, supports online booking, and is optimized for local SEO (primarily in Dessau-Roßlau and surrounding regions). The site should also attract transit (long-haul) drivers who pass through our region on major highways. We want to provide a multilingual platform (German, English, and additional languages such as Polish, Russian, etc.) so that international truck drivers can easily find and book our services in case of unexpected repairs or maintenance needs.
Key elements:
Online Booking System – Clients (both truck and car owners) must be able to choose services (e.g., tire mounting, oil change, diagnostics) and select preferred date/time.
Multi-User Access (Admin Panels) – The director (myself) and the service administrator should have real-time access to all online requests, including a dashboard/queue system to manage bookings.
Service/Tire/Maintenance Catalog – Customers should have the option to select tires (various manufacturers and sizes) or preferred oil brands during booking.
Multilingual Support – At a minimum, the site must be available in German and English, with an option to add other languages (Polish, Russian, Romanian, etc.) based on typical driver nationalities passing through the region.
Local SEO – Must be optimized for Dessau-Roßlau, Saxony-Anhalt, and relevant German highways. We want top visibility on Google Maps (Google Business Profile), relevant local queries (e.g., “Reifenservice Dessau,” “LKW Werkstatt in der Nähe,” “Truck Repair Germany,” etc.).
Packages & Promotions – We plan to create service packages (e.g., tire change + oil change + quick inspection) with special deals or freebies (e.g., free fluid checks). The site should clearly present these packages.
Branding & Domain –
We want a German-based brand name that is easy to remember and type.

Detailed Requirements
1. Design & UX
Modern, responsive design: The site should look professional and work seamlessly on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
Clear navigation: Main menu sections for Services, Booking, Contact, About Us, Shop (tires/oils), etc.
Brand identity: We may need help defining or refining a logo, color palette, and typography that convey trust and reliability in the automotive/trucking sector.
2. Online Booking System
Calendar/Scheduling: Customers pick a date/time slot for tire installation, oil change, or other services.
Dynamic availability: Must prevent double bookings.
Multiple user roles:
Director: Full overview of bookings, statistics, ability to override or reschedule.
Service Administrator: Manage daily queue, confirm or deny appointments, contact customers as needed.
Email/SMS confirmations: Automated notifications for customers and staff.
3. Catalog / E-Commerce Elements
Tire Catalog: Different brands (budget, mid-range, premium), sizes (for trucks and cars).
Oil/Fluids: Various brand options so clients can pick their preference.
Optional: We may expand to a fully functional e-commerce store in the future (including online payment), so modular architecture is desirable.
