I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a notetaking application for me. The backend will be built on Spring Boot and the frontend on Flutter. The app will need to incorporate several AI features and OCR functionality.

Key Requirements:

- Implement AI features including:

- Smart categorization and tagging of notes

- Text summarization

- Voice to text conversion

- Develop OCR functionality to scan handwritten notes

- Design a modern, minimalistic Flutter frontend

The ideal candidate will have:
