**Role Responsibilities:**
As a Manufacturing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, driving sales, and managing customer relationships. Key duties include:

Promote and sell our furniture range to B2B clients, retailers, distributors, retail end buyers, interior designers, and other potential clients globally. ***Relationship Building:*** Establish and maintain strong relationships while actively pursuing new partnerships. Network extensively within the furniture industry to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
***Sales Generation:*** Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate sales leads. Present our product offerings, emphasizing unique selling points and benefits.
***Market Expansion:*** Identify new market segments and regional or national expansion opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor promotional campaigns for specific markets.
***Client Management:*** Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Monitor sales metrics, providing regular reports on activities and outcomes.
***Product Knowledge:*** Stay informed about our product lines, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to meet both client and company needs. Manage sales quotes and coordinate efficiently with clients and our home office. Provide regular feedback on sales activities, customer needs, and competitive trends. Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies and promotional activities. Facilitate order tracking and follow-ups with customers, and work closely with the executive team to achieve sales targets, expand our account base, and identify sales opportunities.
