I would like the following to improve performance on this site [login to view URL] :

1. In windows memcache and apc cache is not compatible so i need solution to make wordpress very fast on windows. You need to be a windows expert

2. I need to optimise the images to make it page load faster

3. I need a plugin that will optimise the images automatically when uploading into the media section

4. Implement infinite scroll on numbering pages in category oages

5. Implement lazy load for images

6. Minify css and js

7. you will need to show that the site has improved in performance and speed
