12All Active Campaign Customization

I'm looking for someone who is familiar with 12all/ActiveCapaign email marketing system.

I want to turn it into a light but smart and powerfull contact manager.

Therefore, i need some aditionnal functions like :

* Activities and note/history management in contacts/subscribers$

* ability to automate triggers based on user data or custom data

* ability to simply email one person

* Ability to send sms

* Ability to monitor a kind of activity real time feed

Activities

Activities can be task, appointments, phone call, fax, letter, email, other, etc.

I want activities to be "schedulable" in 2 ways

like the autoresponder function, you can schedule an activity after the subscriber join a given list, and

you can schedule an action individually when creating it

i want them to be "assignable" with the option of notifiying selected user if needed.

i want them to be "reccuring", that means, you can set it to be schedule for days, weeks, months to come and determine when it won't show up again.

Notes

Notes are everything that user can note about a contact. There is always a date to any note and i'd like them to be notifiable.

Ability to automate triggers based on user data or custom data

If you know the program, you know that automated triggers is a good strengths, but there are very few trigers : links clicks, message opens, list subscription/unsubscription.

What i want u to add is the option, "when user's data takes a given value, then..."

Simple one email

I need a button to simply direct email a subscriber from it profile view, without building a whole campaign for him.

if you know the program, you know that it's not simple to send one email to one given person without going through multiple complicated steps

Ability to send sms

You see the functionnality in email sending, immediate, date based and scheduling, right ?!

I want the same fuctionalities, but for sms sending.

Ability to monitor a kind of activity real time feed

i want to be able to see what's going on in the system real time : who has field what for, who has open what email, who clicks which link, real time, from the home page of the admin area.

Even if possible, who is visiting the site (i'm often using wordpress for website building)

Wrap it all

I want all this to be integrated without destructing the actual database structure, so i can profit from ActiveCampaign later update.

For someone who know what he does, i think those bit of script can be taken anywhere else and be adapt to suit these needs.
