SSG5 Firewall Firmware Upgrade issues

its seems you still not yet get any freelancer i also saw your posting in other platforms. Did you already back up all the settings of your appliance? If yes, do a downgrade first then make a reset afterward after upgrade or downgrade you need to reset/restart the appliance. Then observe of the appliance will still constantly reboot otherwise have it send/talk to your vendor for further assistance i think they will be replace it if under warranty or consider it as faulty.
