We are a short term rental cleaning company that gets jobs from sites like airbnb via ICAL. We need an application that in phase I will allow managers to login and schedule jobs and cleaners to login and see the calendar for their scheduled jobs and alert when completed.
Specifics: (Please read)
1) PLEASE ONLY BID ON PHASE 1 CLEARLY SCOPED IN THE DOCUMENT
2) The majority of this project can be done as a browser based admin panel from the admin/manager side. The cleaner is who will use the mobile app so anything related to the cleaner will need to be accessible via a mobile app on android and ios
3) Should look and feel just like the images/wireframes provided in document
4) This will need a CMS system and the ability for two different identities to start. Manager and employee.
5) Mobile app must work on android and IOS
5) Would prefer it hosting in Azure. Tell me where you plan to host.

Phase 1: See detailed design document (This is what you are bidding on)
Phase 2: (Future DO NOT bid on this)
- Push notifications via text message or email to a client (indicated by property) stating "Property Is Guest Ready"
- Connect billing system (Invoiced, has open API) to scheduling system so it generates a line item on a clients bill for each job completed
- Client Portal
- Client can see the completed jobs (time spent and photos should be hidden from them)
- Cleaner app has an option to report inventory needs (i.e they push a button indicating the property needs paper towels), and the notification is pushed to a phone number or email address
- Connect billing system (Invoiced) via API to the client portal so they have the option to not only see completed jobs but also their invoices/pay bill.
