Custom Invoicing Mobile App Development -- 3

Need a custom invoicing mobile application (Android) made with the following features: There will be two users types: Admin, Staff Admin: - Can add users and set their access type, he can set the user name and password for the users. - He can approve invoices and option to edit them (apply the discount for example). - Has access to all invoices with a dashboard showing what is still not paid, number of invoices made by each staff, profit, expenses, etc (We can discuss details later). - Manage service list (He puts service name and price, so staff can select from them) - Set petty cash for staff Staff: - View his own invoices without editing if already approved - Create an invoice that goes through approval, its fields are: Name Address Contact number (Admin can search invoice by this field) Services (From the list that the admin created, and can add custom service and cost) Work order (Required if total is above 250 as set by admin) details can be found below. Warranty (Toggle will show note field and expiry date field) Work order: Add an item to a list, each item will have the following: Image and note This work order can be downloaded as a pdf by staff or admin. Staff can add additional items later. Petty Cash: Each staff will have their own Petty Cash, as set by admin or as calculated from the following: After the invoice is approved, the staff can set it as paid and set the amount the client paid, whether by cash or credit card. If by cash, that amount will go to his Petty Cash; if by card, it is just saved for reference. Also staff has access to Expense, details will be below. Expense: Staff will have a button called Expense, if they click it, it will open a form with the following fields: Category (Fuel, Others) Type (Cash or Credit) Amount Attach an image (bill for example) It is important staff cannot download invoice before it is approved by admin. So there most likely be a need for a database to store invoice details and users login, and a file server to store the images. Ensure to provide an estimate cost for maintaining these services in monthly basis. (We are small company with 4 staff so far so not much use or big storage required) Please send me your quotation based on the requirements above. Note: Please note that by accepting this job there could be up to 2 additional features requested as the application is being developed, also note that there will be 2 milestones for this project. Once the application is complete and 2 weeks have passed since its completion without major issues or missing features, that will get you 70% of the payment, and 2nd milestone is 3 months after the first, where you will provide support incase issues come up with the program you made which will you give you the remaining 30%.
