Medical and Business Office Architectural Design

The project involves designing architectural elevations and floor plans for medical and flexible office buildings across three lots Scope of Work: 1. Lot 1 Design: o Develop architectural elevations and floor plans for three medical office buildings, each approximately 9,000 sq. ft. o Ensure designs comply with medical office layout requirements and overlay regulations. 2. Lot 2 Design: o Create architectural elevations and floor plans for a single medical office building approximately 16,000 sq. ft. o Design must accommodate standard medical office functionalities and adherence to overlay district guidelines. 3. Lot 3 Design: o Generate architectural elevations and floor plans for five flexible office buildings, ranging from 5,500 to over 14,000 sq. ft. o Designs should allow for versatile office layouts suitable for various business types. Design Requirements: • All buildings must meet the facade and material standards as per the Preston Road Overlay District, including masonry requirements, articulated facades, and landscape integration. • Building plans should include detailed facade treatments with at least five architectural elements specified in the overlay regulations. • Considerations for environmental impact, parking, and accessibility must be included. Deliverables: • Complete CAD files for all architectural plans and elevations. • PDF copies of detailed site plans, elevations, and floor plans. • Sample boards or material specifications as required by the overlay district. Proposal Requirements: • Portfolio of similar architectural projects. • Timeline and milestones for project completion.
